Eastbourne Amateur 2024 Rules

1. Competition is open to amateur male golfers who are members of an Eastbourne Golf Club with a
handicap index of 12.0 or under.

st Prize – Eastbourne Corporation Challenge Trophy plus Vouchers,
3. Scratch and Handicap Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd (subject to entries)
4. In the event of a tie for The Eastbourne Challenge Trophy there will be sudden death playoff.
5. In the event of a tie for The Handicap Prize the winner will be decided by countback.
6. No competitor may win more than one prize.
7. Courtesy will be granted for one practice round for any competitor who has paid an entry fee.
8. Disqualification for late arrival on the tee and a two-stroke penalty may be invoked by the Tournament
Committee.
9. No entrance monies will be refunded after the closing date.
10. The decision of the Tournament Committee will be final
