Newly opened in July 2019, the Performance Centre with Trackman 4 at Royal Eastbourne is the ultimate game improvement environment. With the latest in modern technology we can offer advanced coaching, custom fitting, club gapping, and course simulation sessions.

Used by 98 of the worlds top 100 golfers, it gives the user fact-based confidence to diagnose and improve their golf game. Ultimate Custom Fit Experience

Here at Royal Eastbourne we have a number of brands and all the fitting gear to help you get the most from your game. We currently fit for Callaway, Taylormade, Ping, Mizuno, Cobra, Vokey Wedges, and Lynx.

Our experienced PGA qualified fitting expert will take you through the process of being correctly fitted for whatever equipment you require. 

With the aid of the Trackman 4 Launch Monitor, we can gather all the data and analyse it to find the correct head and shaft combination for you. You'll see first hand how things such as: dynamic loft, launch angle, spin rate, and smash factor affect how your ball travels. 

Club gapping sessions are also available. During these sessions, our fitter will take you through your bag and produce an average of exactly how far you hit each club, and highlight if there are any gaps in your bag which need to be addressed. With an exact number on each club in the bag, you'll have the confidence with every shot you hit that you're holding the right club.
